Our commitment to accessibility
Experian is a global leader of information solutions. Therefore it is our priority to ensure that as far as possible, the information on this website is accessible to all users, regardless of ability, disability or available technology.
We aim to comply with priorities one, two and where possible, three, of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as well as adhering to best practice Web standards relating to usability and the separation of content (XHTML 1.0) and design (CSS 2.0). Where this has not been possible, we have provided text alternatives and have used 'alt' tags to provide context to images.
Accessibility help
The BBC's accessibility portal, 'My Web My Way', provides operating system and browser-specific information to help you overcome problems with seeing, hearing and reading websites, using forms and browsing with either your keyboard or mouse.
The Disability Discrimination Act, 1995 provides useful information about the rights of disabled individuals to receive the same standard of service that ordinary members of the public would receive.
Problems with this website?
Due to its very nature, no automated test exists to measure accessibility. It can therefore only be tested by individuals, and occasionally we overlook something. If you encounter problems or difficulties in accessing any information on this website, we would be most grateful if you could inform us so that we can take the appropriate steps to improve our service to you.
